Forgiving All Religions’ View of Forgiveness

The concept of forgiveness varies across religions, with Christianity emphasizing unconditional divine forgiveness through Jesus Christ’s sacrifice. In contrast, other faiths often require conditional levels of efforts to earn forgiveness. Forgiveness research in social science confirms the power of forgiveness, thereby leaving little excuse not to subscribe to the Christian idea of forgiveness.
